There's a way of combo's these days. Classics like masala dosa and sambhar, movies and popcorn, BOGO, etc are on everybody's lips. Deadly combination offers are just about everywhere, But… We are touching upon a different kind of combination – one which is extremely beneficial to your business. LinkedIn and Twitter...

While the features mentioned here already exists, like you could link your posts to your twitter account; we would want to highlight the probability of increasing visibility / connections - which is very crucial for your business. Let’s see what and how this marriage made in heaven works for us -

First off, get started with activating the tweets application on your LinkedIn profile, enabling you to post your LinkedIn status to your twitter followers and vice versa.

Expansion of Connections - Once done with activating the tweet app, check if all your connections are following you on twitter or if your followers are in your LinkedIn network. An easy way to expand and gain visibility.

Cross Update and Lists - This enables you to update your LinkedIn status along with tweeting (including replies or retweets) – of course you have an option of 'not' tweeting a particular post/update or choose to tweet to specific lists as well. You have options to create a twitter list directly from your LinkedIn network saving tons of manual work!

Stronger Engagement - Consistent status updates can guarantee building of social influence and promoting, connecting others through your network is a powerful strategy – this is made easy by linking the two social media accounts. Engagement and conversation becomes much more easier and can happen in real-time.

However, I must warn you, twitter as it is comes with a character limit for its tweets so connections / followers may not be able to view the full post / update. By no means this should hinder you linking the two - smart thinking of wording will be of help!

Integrate your accounts and start tweeting with your LinkedIn account and see the difference it makes to your business.

Apart from the above if I've missed any advantage please let me know. Any other useful insight too I'd be glad to hear from you.
